Our investigators at FLR Investigations have been in the criminal justice field for over 15 years, and are licensed through the Council of Law Enforcement Education and Training. All our investigators have a college education in criminal justice, and are state licensed process servers. We strive to bring the best job possible to all our customers no matter how big or small the project is. All our investigators are armed and have wide-ranging training, skills, tools, knowledge ect. to get even the toughest tasks completed. Our main focus is the Oklahoma City metro area, but we do service the entire state of Oklahoma.

Skip tracing is performed by collecting information on the individual in question. All information recovered by the skip tracer is analyzed, verified, and used to determine the location of the individual. Skip tracing may involve gathering and analyzing a great deal of information or very little information, both of which have their own set of advantages and disadvantages.
We use legal investigative processes that entail close observation to gain evidentiary information about the commission of a crime, or lesser improper behavior (as with surveillance of wayward spouse in domestic relations proceedings). Wiretapping, eavesdropping, shadowing, tailing, and electronic observation are all examples of this law-enforcement technique.
We provide background checks by investigating and compiling criminal records, commercial records, and financial records of an individual or an organization. Results of a background check typically include past employment verification, credit history, and criminal history. The objective of background checks is to ensure the safety and security of the employees in the organization.
We are authorized by the court to formally deliver process such as summonses, complaints, subpoenas, writs and other court to a defendant or respondent. We serve documents in accordance with the Oklahoma legislative guidelines set by the State of Oklahoma.
We provide personal security for our clients in order to prevent threats like; assault, kidnapping and stalking. We can extend our service to meet your specific requirements.
Our Investigators have met all standards and training to become peace officers under Title 70, Section 3311, of the Oklahoma Statutes. The Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training (CLEET) derives its authority from this statute. This certification gives us the authority to provide armed and other defensive tactical services to our clients.
We take into consideration many of our Nations issues, and attempt to address them with whatever resources we have. We attempt to provide positive support for Causes such as; Animal Welfare, Children’s Welfare, Civil Rights and Social Action, Environmental, Human Rights, Poverty Alleviation, and any Cause where justice can be served. We incorporate, Science and Technology, Social Services, and Disaster Relief assistance when ever possible. As an Advocate of these Causes, we have conducted Pro Bono work for several organizations.
